You may be surprised to find that these
countries have had quite a number of Display Teams, dating back as far as the
1940's - in the case of Australia, from both the Air Force and the Navy.
Our display illustrates a wide variety of
those teams, from both countries.
The whole display was presented on an area
of approximately 18 feet x 4.5 feet (5.8m x 1.5m) of table space. A total of
142 models are on the entire display, with 7 being in 1/48th scale and the
remainder in 1/72nd scale. The main "Australasian" theme consists of 30
models.
